[UPDATE] List of Sumbangan Tunai Rahmah (STR) 2025 Recipients – Application & Payment Schedule
📢 Good news for Malaysians! The Sumbangan Tunai Rahmah (STR) 2025 program continues for the third year with increased financial aid to help lower and middle-income groups cope with the rising cost of living.
Payments for STR 2025 will be made in four phases, starting in the first quarter of 2025. Ensure you update your information or submit a new application before November 30, 2024!
What is Sumbangan Tunai Rahmah (STR) 2025?
🔹 STR is a government financial assistance program aimed at helping low-income (B40), middle-income (M40), senior citizens, and single individuals through gradual financial support throughout the year.
🔹 The government has increased the total STR assistance for 2025, allowing the maximum household assistance to reach RM4,600, compared to RM3,700 previously.
Update Before November 30, 2024
✅ New applications and updates for existing recipients are open from mid-October until November 30, 2024.
✅ Who needs to update their information?
✔ Existing recipients who have not updated their information in the last 3 years.
✔ New applicants who have never received STR before can apply officially via the STR portal or visit a LHDN office near you.

📌 B40 Households (Income: RM0 – RM2,500 per month)

📢 Good news for singles!
Single individuals earning below RM2,500 and senior citizens without a spouse will now receive RM600, an increase from RM300 – RM350 previously.

STR 2025 Payment Schedule
📆 STR Phase 1 payments are expected to be made earlier than previous years to help recipients prepare for Hari Raya Aidilfitri 2025.
✅ Phase 1 payments will be credited before Hari Raya Aidilfitri 2025.
✅ Phase 2, Phase 3, and Phase 4 payments will follow, with the final disbursements between November and December 2025.
